Product Description
This product is a custom welded assembly designed for use in soil vapour probes and environmental sampling equipment. It consists of a double-layer stainless steel wire mesh cylinder, with one end welded to a 304 stainless steel hose fitting and the other to a threaded plug. Both ends are fully lap-welded around the mesh circumference to ensure a strong and leak-proof connection.
The total weight of the assembly is approximately 0.1014 kg. After welding, the entire part undergoes electropolishing to remove weld discoloration, oil, and surface impurities. The finished surface is clean, smooth, and free of burrs or defects. All welds are solid, ensuring consistent performance in field applications.
